DO
Services
Once
your collection is confirmed, our staff will come to collect your equipment on the agreed date. All our staff are security vetted and have their own PC Supplies uniform and security badge.
Once
on-site, our team will collect your equipment, securely load it on to our vehicles and return it all to our secure processing warehouse.
Once
returned, dependent upon your agreement,an inventory will be carried out of all the equipment collected and these will be logged and saved next to your waste transfer notes and hazardous waste consignment notes. Data devices will be removed, documented, shredded and securely destroyed. Hard drives have their individual serial numbers logged so that you can be certain of complete destruction and have complete peace of mind.
We have a 100% recycling policy.
The equipment will then be categorised and where possible, our qualified technicians will repair, refurbish and re-use equipment. Equipment that is not able to be re-used will be sent to our material recovery department where it will be separated for material or spare parts.
Upon completion, a complete document pack will be uploaded to your secure portal and will remain there for your future use and reference.
The document pack will consist of your waste transfer note, hazardous waste consignment note (If required), full inventory, hard drive destruction certificate and recycling certificate. Other documents such as video evidence and photographs can also be uploaded depending on the agreement.
SECURE SHREDDING SERVICES
Secure document shredding and disposal services are an integral part of our documents and records management services. We offer nationwide low-cost disposal of your paper documents and confidential information.
Whether you have a small or large amount of documents to be shredded or ongoing shredding that needs to be done on a regular basis , our secure shredding services can deliver just the right solution for you.
HARD DRIVE DESTRUCTION
At PC Supplies, we provide a complete WEEE recycling service throughout Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas, including Corby, Kettering, Northampton, Wellingborough and Milton Keynes. We can also provide WEEE recycling services throughout the rest of the UK via our dedicated team of nationwide drivers.
INK AND TONER CARTRIDGE RECYCLING
We take all your used and unused stock of toner and inkjet cartridges for recycling
CARDBOARD BAILING
We offer a free local drop off for all your cardboard recycling.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
As a minimum we will comply with all relevant environmental legislation, and make a further commitment to continually improve our environmental performance and use practices that avoid, reduce or control pollution.
Our directors will set objectives in relation to the company's significant environmental impacts and set targets, at appropriate facilities, in order to maintain compliance and improve environmental performance.
Achievement of objectives and targets will be reviewed annually by our directors and, where appropriate, new/revised objectives and targets will be set to achieve continual improvement.
At PC Supplies Recycling, we are regulated by, the Environment Agency (EA) to monitor compliance with relevant Licences, Permits, Authorisations and Consents.
All PC Supplies Recycling employees are responsible for:
- Operating in compliance with relevant environmental legislation
- Assisting in the achievement of the objectives and targets, where relevant
- Where opportunities arise for improving environmental performance, informing directors
